This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this same McDonald's. I mobile order for a reason, so it will be ready when I get there. Well that ain't the case at this location. 3 times they have had me park in slot #1 and wait another 9 to 12 minutes for my food. There's a reason why we use the mobile ordering. Not sure why they offer it if they don't honor it????
I ordered a meal off of doordash, i was looking at the app and i had went thru 2-3 dashers trying to pickup my order. i ended up calling the store because i work at a location that has an issue of doordashers picking up an order and then just stealing the food. so i ended up calling, and a worker named angel answered the phone. i explained to him the situation, he immediately stated that someone came in for my order and left and then 2-3 more people came in trying to pick it up, he stated that he was waiting for either the c... read more
