I come here daily. The app has got me hooked on their iced caramel coffee... But truth be told staff and cleanliness are 5 stars.
Do yourself a favor and drive to McDonald's in Rohnert Park. These guys are very slow, they skip cars in drive-thru lanes, dont follow customized orders, just to name a few... I gave them a few shots but there was always something. A horrible, horrible service.
Mistakes upon mistakes upon mistakes. The management here does not care about hiring the right people. They only care about hiring drones who can’t even do anything correctly. They forgot the main entrée in my meal deal. Then when I went back, they corrected it, but forgot another different item in the meal deal. Utterly incompetent. This location will always survive because of the college next-door, but I will no longer stop by when I want a quick bite. I’ll go another mile and a half to the one on commerce.
