Consistently I will either dine in or pick up my food at this location, and the front counter will not have any employees present for minutes at a time. I just spent ~10 minutes alone staring at my food on the pick up rack behind the counter until an employee finally walked over and handed me my food. Kind of ridiculous.
Poor customer service using the app at checkout counter for a mobile deal. Staff seem uninterested and not understanding of how mobile deals function not helpful with the order I left and did not purchase a sandwich. More training here about how to assist customers with mobile deals who want to pay cash. Plus a general interest in trying to be helpful or caring about the customer.
