While waiting for my order, I observed 3 crew members that did not wash their hands after handling money, changing new stations or touching your face. Brought to the manager attention and she brushed me off and threw he food I ordered away. I will never ever eat at MCD on Palm Valley.
This location is horrible. Slow slow slow!!!!! Alll day everyday I will never return
Bugs and nats coming out of ketchup dispenser and drink dispensers. Every table was nasty and dirty. Food and trash covered the floors. Employees eating fries out of customers bags etc behind counter.
I waited in the drive threw for 20 minutes, once I got my food the fries and nuggets were cold my burger was hot but the bacon was missing and the lettuce and tomato was soggy and hot like it had been steamed or microwaved. After that long of a wait and only 2 cars ahead of me, I expected fresh food.
