Yesterday, Monday, June 8, I went, as usual, to get my iced coffee. For some time now, the service at this McDonald's has been getting worse, but this time something happened that I don't think is acceptable. All of the employees were wearing earbuds, and even worse, the manager was wearing them too. While taking my order, she was also talking on a phone call.
