Great crew, great food, very friendly..
I used the Drive-Through so I can't comment on the interior esthetics but it went as expected. Arrived to the pay window and was given an higher cost than expected, we realized they added an extra egg on my breakfast sandwich, took 2 tries from the MoD to get the item removed and the order corrected, in the end I still ended up with the wrong sandwich. Easily the worst mcdonald’s in the capital region, refuses to make food when it’s clearly marked open.
Went there today and had a problem with the App, sat in the drive through for 8 minutes. After asking that a manager to please help me as they messed up my points. I was told I had to call a number, the manager couldn't take 5 minutes to help me. Your food is awful and you charge more than legitimate restaurants. you cant treat your customer like trash too. I am done with Albany areas McDonalds, this franchise is awful .
