Many workers behind counter. Took 10 min to get waited on. Have troubles using kiosk so went to counter. Employee came up to counter when we stepped back and employee behind counter came up to wait on employee. Then moved us to different register to another employee to wait on us.😞😡
Every visit is different, today I'm picking up some breakfast. The staff here was so helpful!! The didn't have the item I ordered on the app and they sure were able to take care of business. As in so far I'm very satisfied.
Out-of-state customer w/ my family: Excellent food quality; Very clean dining area and restrooms; Professional staff in appearance and demeanor; Awesome blown-up, wall-painted map of the UP in the hallway. This is the best McDonald's I've been at since I was young.
