Longest drive thru wait I have ever had at a McDonald’s. You have to pull over after they give you your drinks and wait another 5-10 minutes for your food. Not sure if they are understaffed or not prepping for customers properly, but the line of angry customers in their cars waiting for food is unacceptable.
Drive through is 24 hours but dine in clearly says 5am open time and the doors are always still closed way past over pretty much they open whenever they feel like it.
Very poorly run location. Waited a very long time for our order and the hashbrowns were over cooked. The kiosks offer to pay at the counter but then they say they don't accept cash at the counter at all so you have to start your whole order over. Also no screen showing what orders are in progress or ready so you have no idea what's going on. There are zero condiments available unless you ask, and there was no one ever at the counter to ask.
