I did an Uber Eats Delivery with this Mcdonald’s location, unfortunately they forgot my sauces.. in both meals. But thats not it, gave the 2 REGULAR COKES i have ordered a cherry coke and a diet coke.. i didint order those type of cokes, and ALSO forgot my smores hershey mcflurry. messed up 3 times in my order. will not be ordering from this location further on.

I should say about the atmosphere. There are flower vain on every table! I’ve never seen this before at any MCdonalds

Drive thru would not listen to my order and when asked if screen was correct we told them no, and they still didn't listen. We went to the next window and they fixed the upcharge. I got my receipt and realized the drive thru still messed up our order and had to speak to the next person and have them fix the order. The place at this address is crap, the employees look like they want to spit in your face, I made an order in advance because I was in a hurry, I came to pick it up 30 minutes later, and then I had to wait 20 more, 50😤😤😤😤 this is fast food, not a restaurant

This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s in Rochester. The same girl started yelling at us again just because I don’t speak perfect English. The first time it happened, I didn’t make a complaint because I thought maybe I was the problem. But now I realize it’s not me — it’s her attitude.
