Poor Experience at McDonald's Near Galleria Mall (Walden Area)Disappointed with the service at this location. The drive-thru was extremely slow, with a long wait time and no communication from staff while waiting. Once I got to the window, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. Not the kind of experience you'd expect from a major fast food chain. Needs serious improvement in efficiency and customer service.
Consistently the worst McDonald's. Your food will be late, wrong, and cold.
Kids love it
Needs a new late-night manager. Slow as molasses, almost as if they're surprised anyone showd up on a late Friday night.
