Absolutely the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever received. Customer service is non existent. Have an allergy my order was incorrect, prior to completion I asked for it to be fixed. It was not. Had to purchase an $8 burger a second time just to fix the issue. Staff was moving about as fast as turtles there were 15 people waiting for their food inside.
Everything about this McDonalds is horrible I was in the drive thru lane for over 10 minutes with just 2 cars in front of me. My steak egg and cheese bagel was still cold when I got it and my hash browns were disgusting also they were stuck to the McDonalds paper they come in when i tried to peel it back it all fell apart and I threw it right in the garbage! What a waste of money
Night manager is an absolute joke, all these comments about him and he’s not fired? The guy was sassy when taking my order didn’t even use the coupon I gave him because he didn’t feel like it gave me different food then I ordered and upcharged me for it, when I got to the window he said he can’t change it you ordered this when I didn’t and was cheering loud and cursing in the back about how there’s a hour left of the shift… when I asked him where’s the food I ordered he tried stating I was wrong and lieing and it’s in the ba... read more
