Burgers messed up. Did a mobile order at the airport. 2 large fries, 20 piece nuggets, 2 McDoubles. They gave me 2 small fries, messed up the burgers, and shorted me nuggets, and despite using the app I had to wait behind people who came after me using the kiosk. Don’t go here, none of the app discounts apply including by generating points. $30 no discounts all of the order messed up- typical wiped stuff off the burger fashion.
Typical airport location with horrible service. Signs tell you to use the app, and as soon as you submit your order, it is deleted because the app and rewards are not accepted. Then the kiosks are asking for your rewards ID, then not accepting it. Employees moving at a snails pace with no urgency. Soda machine with no ice, waiting on fries, shake machine is out of chocolate syrup, waiting on chicken, and the list goes on. Light skin worker, blonde braids extremely rude. She threaten to throw out every order she called. Food was lukewarm warm when received. As this was the only restaurant open in the airport, I’ll be sure to grab a bag of chips next time rather than deal with other low quality food and service. Came at 10:09 pm
Rude af. All of them. Don’t like giving me a salt packet? Stay in school and get a real job. Otherwise, just shut up and flip burgers with a smile on your face.
