Very lazy staff. Could probably run on half the staff if they weren’t socializing and in their phones. The dining area was roped off to clean the floors and the girl was on her phone rather than cleaning, so it remained closed. It’s no wonder why the reviews are so bad. Guy in front of me was missing two sandwiches in his order, no body is paying attention to the customer, we are just a distraction.

Do not order from this McDonald’s. It’s not like a regular airport McDonald’s that is fast and efficient i.e. DEN airport. It’s a nightmare and so many people weren’t able to get their orders including myself this morning because it just took too long. All I ordered was one egg McMuffin and 26 minutes later I had to go head out to my flight and I spoke to other people who walked away from their orders as well. Order at the kiosk but then wait in line anyways because they don't accept payment at this kiosk. You also can't use rewards of deals from the app here.

I was at the mcdonalds in DTW near Spirit. It was crazy busy. Probably 50 people wanting their orders all at the same time. The 2 women who were clearly running the show, were working incredibly hard. They were professional and polite in spite of people being rude and angry and complaining. I was very impressed with the integrity and professionalism with which they handled themselves. I hope you realize what great employees you have and treat them accordingly. Great to watch!
