I would be embarrassed if this was my staff. Was directed to pick up my order through drive thru. Then told to come inside if I want. I didnt want to but ok? So I go in and am completely ignored, see my order go to drive through area instead of mobile pick up area. So I go BACK to the drive thru and sat there waiting again. Like what are we doing here? The level of incompetence is astounding
Worst McDonald's in Michigan. Waited 30 min for food. Which I NEVER received. There was only one car in front of me. Multiple cars were backed up in the drive through lane waiting for food. I wish I could give them negative stars. I ended up leaving because this McDonald's and there employees are worthless.
Come here often Fast service Highly recommended
Terrible customer service in the mornings. The cashier at the window has no customer service as well as the manager. They never get the food right and the coffee drinks are terrible!
