Lobby is always closed around 10:15 when it should be open until 11 pm. I always order ahead and have to wait in line at the drive through because they keep closing early. I was lucky enough to get in right before they locked the door a few weeks ago only to witness them telling people they were closed after we walked in.
UPDATE (July 2026): Downgrading my review to 1 star. I tried using the McDonald's mobile app here for the first time and they completely left out 5 hashbrowns ($8.45 worth of food) from my drive-thru order. When I called the store to get it fixed, the staff hung up on me the first time, and on the second call told me they refuse to refund mobile orders. Absolute worst customer service. Check your bags before you pull away from this location! Also recommend to avoid the app altogether if you might run in to a service issue.
