Very slow service over one hour waiting
Consistently poor drive thru service. They literally take one car and order at a time and prepare the food, serve guest- THEN take the next order. You got cars wrapped around the building at breakfast time while they go one single car/order at a time. Just to keep their drive thru time down on the reportables. At lunch rush they just pull up every single car. Doesn’t matter if there is no one else in the drive thru line. Poorly managed. To say the least.
Poor service and food cook
They may have switched out their crew, I’m not sure. But the young lady at the second window who gave me my food was very pleasant today. I went around 8:15 AM. I was having a rough morning and she gave me service with a smile which really made me feel a whole lot better. The lady at the first window wasn’t as pleasant but the lady at the second window definitely made up for it. Kudos to her.
