As it is a McDonalds, it is a quick and relatively inexpensive way to feed my children sometimes. The playground is nice for the kids but it closes at 7pm. The people who work there are nice and for the most part provide good customer service and a clean place to enjoy a meal. My biggest issue and the sole reason it only gets the rating it does, is that they get my order wrong, and this is not an exaggeration, roughly 20-25% of the time. I ordered a six piece chicken nuggets happy meal. They did not give me any barbecue sauce and I also ordered a four piece chicken nuggets. They gave me only one barbecue sauce. I am sick of these people. I don’t know what’s the issue. They only gave me one barbecue sauce now I keep I have to keep going back to the same place because they make me sick. I have to keep going back-and-forth
The best thing to say about this particular restaurant is how they treat their customers. Mr. Fernando is such a great team member of McDonald’s who will make your experience wonderful. He is so polite and knows how to treat the customers unlike other places. I would highly recommend this place as if you have any issue with your order. They are definitely going to take care of that.
