I used to drive away so the ordering was quick however when I went to the window there's actually two windows so the girls took my money at the first but she never told me afterwards to pull up to the next window to get my food and I've never been here before so I was idling in my car for a while until I spoke to the camera and she opened the window and I said where do I get the food and she said the next window I didn't tell you that how was I supposed to know that. I requested light ice; but my photo will show the cup 3/4 full of ice. The service and food are usually good so I gave a 3. 2 points lost on not listening to customer's specific request.
Took abnormally long to get the food but it was good quality and good service
I order breakfast at 10.30 for pick, i drive all the way here and after i found out they canceled. Just hold the order till i come, this is unfair
