I ordered my food at 11:02 AM arrived at McDonald’s at 11:17 AM. I was told my food was just received. That would be a couple minutes. When I did receive my food, it was wrong than what I ordered on the app. I said, excuse me, ma’am my food is wrong. She rolled her eyes at me because she was busy talking in the lobby to some boys. She told me I was being hostile and I need to calm down. I said ma’am I’m not being hostile can you please just fix my food? She told me if I ordered it wrong. In my experience with fast-food drive-throughs, I've consistently received exceptional service and engaging interactions from an employee named Ken. His customer service skills are truly outstanding, and I find myself anticipating the opportunity to interact with him at this particular location. The value Ken provides to McDonald's is significant and should be recognized.
