Unable to order from an actual person. Only from broken kiosk. Left me in an incomplete order to be resolved at the register. With no one there after several minutes I just left. It's almost like they don't care.
The atmosphere was dim, and depressing, and felt almost abandoned, only to be made worse once I saw the bathroom. The service was slow and very inattentive, with the employees looking very unhygienic. When we received our food, every burger/sandwich was smashed and/or poorly centered, and the fries were completely unsalted. Other than the flavor of the food this was easily the worst McDonald's I have ever been in.
I asked for no egg no cheese they still put it on. I waited 30 minutes for them to fix the order. It felt awkward listening to the shift manager explain to the cook that the sandwich doesn’t have cheese or egg on it and the cook was confused.
