Absolutely terrible customer service skills from the night shift workers. Gross and rude!! Whoever manages this place should step it up.
This location of McDonald's it's truly awful. We used the drive thru. The young man taking orders was kind and did a great job. The manager seemed very rude. We were missing some of our order, the breakfast sandwich was soggy with a dark liquid and the hasbrowms were over cooked. We parked and went back inside to show them the sandwich, and we were met with exasperated sighs, heavy eye rolls and the new sandwich being tossed on the counter, all along with hardly any words spoken by the employee. Wait to get food was 20+ minutes, food was ice cold, restaurant and bathrooms were trashed beyond belief.. an assistant manager James Spooner kept talking to my clearly UNDERAGE daughter..asking for her number and social medias, not appropriate!! Will NOT be coming back here ever.
