Awful management
The food is hit or miss but the service with delivery services is ABYSMAL. If Uber Eats let me change the location, I would every time. Their one strength is consistency. They consistently forget to include the dipping sauces that come included with my order but also the extras I pay for. Every. Single. Time. They can’t cook a burger to save their life. AND just to put a cherry on top of this sad sundae, they also neglect to include straws and napkins. I am done. I can’t keep letting them get away with this.
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order. They didn’t even give me everything that was on the receipt, and the food was terrible. The service was just as bad. At the end, I asked for the receipt and they didn’t give it to me either
Lately they don't announce they don't have the Mario Galaxy toys, when they hand you the happy meal it comes with a crocs, many of us buy these happy meals specifically for the toys. They should be more honest with the clients.
It was busy but they served with a smile and a apology for my wait.
