Manager corrected fouled order promptly and was gracious about it. New management I suspect.
The manager was very rude and should be fired cause she was annoyed that employees didn't understand and was yelling at them
When will this location get back Expresso! I always got my coffee in drive thru every morning but no longer due to no expresso
Friend went to pick up orders, the doors we locked early, so she had to pick up in drive-through and they would not let her pick up more than two orders, and they made her go through twice. On the first round through she couldn’t change her order to drive through, and then she saw a worker drink her sprite and then throw it away. She then had to get back in the drive through line. The amount of times she had to repeat the order (we were on the phone) was ridiculous, and we also ended up with someone else’s drink.
