I Ordered Double cheese burger and $5 meal deal with another ended up getting a cheese burger with cheese and had to wait for 3 people who ordered after me that got their food. I know we are right next to Greek row and busy but your service is highly unsatisfactory.
30 minutes for one order. Never been to a McDonalds this slow before.
If I could give zero stars I would. This McDonald’s is an absolute joke. The staff inside do not want to work. They constantly say “our systems are down” and that they can not take your order. I’ve worked at McDonald’s , and that’s not how that works. Waited in the drive thru from 3:30 am to 4:30 am before even having my order taken. The guy said “we will take your order at 4:05.” I did not have my order taken until 4:30. This was ridiculous as I was sent from work to get food for myself and my coworkers.
