This place never has anyone at the front counters. Tons of ppl standing around in the back no one acknowledges you as you stand there. I asked a poor kid running orders outside if they had anyone taking orders up front and he just said “no” I had to yell to a group of ppl standing around talking and ask if I could place an order. They all stared at me like I had 3 heads. Someone finally ran up and took my order. Some ppl still pay in cash and some ppl can’t use the kiosks for various reasons. Customer service is terrible here, employees are too busy talking to each other to even pay attention to the customers standing at the registers
I went for breakfast and had a mobile order. They gave me the wrong order the girl didn’t even say hi or anything and no have a good day just handed the food out. I never have any bad experiences here but when I went in to fix it the dude at the front literally just said okay and never told his team about my wrong order. I waited 30 minutes and no one even comes up to you to ask if you need anything or waiting on something.
