Hi, I ordered for a pick-up and the food was warm and delicious. However, both of my kids each had a hash brown and found plastic looking thing on both of their hash brown. It looked like wrappers…i tried to reach out to explain the situation, but no one picked up the call. Hope somebody could fix this because the staff here are all friendly and helpful.
