Pulled in 20 minutes before closing to order french fries at the drive-thru and got hit within automated message saying they were already closed.
Worst customer service ever.
Went in using my mobile app. Since the last time I used it curbside and the conveniently did not say I didn't use a number for the spot I was in, they didn't bring it out, I thought I would get it at the counter. I never got my order, but was charged. I asked why, they said it was because I didn't check in. I've never had to do that when at the counter. This location is a joke, if they need my money so badly, they can keep it.
