Ordered at drive through. Big Mac meal and quarter pounder with cheese. Was asked to pull around. Sat for 20 minutes, 5 different people asking me what I ordered and all cars that came after me received their orders. I finally went inside to get my food! Then got home and only had one order of fries! I formally tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt - but now - will never go back.
Want to get a refill ask for a refill and the front McDonald's associate named kaitlynn gave me a brand new cup with a fresh new refill of coffee with a nice smile on her face
