I DoorDash here almost every day and every day I have to wait more than 10 minutes for a lousy order not one employee greet you when you’re walking in the door or even coming up to the counter not even the manager they just look at you!! Sad store and poor service people are more worried about being on their phones than taking care of customers and their orders!! The manager doesn’t even say anything to these people for being on their phones when it’s busy I hate coming to this store for DoorDash worst store ever!!!
OK. So randomly they closed for maintenance. I placed an order ONLINE well before they even closed. I pulled in to the drive thru for my order and they refused to give it to me. I sat in the drive thru for 15 mins and no one even said that they were closed. Might I add..it wasn't even 10 pm which it states on their sign they were closing!

Placed a mobile order at aurora road mcdonald's... Go to pick it up only to find out they were closed; The manager did not show because it was cold... Had to cancel my order and go to a different mcdonald's
