It's McDonalds. The 5 stars is relative. Except it has one of the best views in Portland. Specially if you like looking at planes.

I haven't even ordered yet and the lady cleaning tables is yelling that they're closed. Why are they closing at 7:45?
Worst attitude, service and professionalism. Told no more orders we close at 8pm. It was 7:48 pm app tells me closing at 9. I did order coffee but left as the young lady was slamming the chairs up on the tables yelling "we're closed". Plenty of better choices in concourse C!.
