This morning went through the drive-through on the outside lane waited for almost 3 minutes. No other car was at the drive-through so I decided to pull up to the window as I pull up to the window. I ordered through the mobile app to pick up inside the building. And the manager attended me and she couldn't find my order. She said, did I pay for the order? And I shouldered her my phone, the receipt on the phone and she said, no I can't find your order telling me that I probably didn't pay my order. I showed her my mobile order on my phone.
