We have a kid with extreme food aversion and McDonalds is one of the only places he will eat when we are out as a family. He orders a happy meal, removing the meat patty (so it is just a cheese sandwich) with fries. He will not eat the bun if it touches meat (yes, he can tell). It is normal for workers to be confused when we order, however, when we received a meat patty with no bun, I pointed out the disparity.
