Took 10 damn minutes for some fries I was told to wait 3 minutes for. Watched people get their meals behind me while I waited in the third window.

Originally, I gave them five stars, but after my visit today, I had to drop it down to two. The food was dry, cold, and simply wasn’t good. The fries were cold, and there was an error with my order. When I got to the drive-thru, I was told to pay at one window, go to another, and then redirected to a third—just to pick up a basic order.
