Why is it that EVERYTIME I am here, there is a problem with my order. Last time I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for an order of fries. When I get them, the container is half full and the fries are cold. This time we ask for a Diet Coke and we get regular coke. Avoid this place unless you like double the wait and two times through the drive thru…..
Early morning sometime set at drive thru 5 minutes or longer before taking orders
first window was great. when we pulled up to the second window the manager was getting extremely upset and angry at everything. he was hitting things. after he gave us the wrong size and then when we told him he said “oh did i mix it up i’m sorry and then shut the window.” we then found out he never gave us the chicken nuggets or sauce we ordered. the inside was closed so we could not even go inside and ask for our food unless we went through the long line of the drive thru again.
