Standard McDonalds experience.
My 1st large Iced Coffee was all cream so i came back asked it they could remake it the 2nd one looked exactly the same. I said thats way more than to spec (for a large iced coffee & have been working at McDonald's on & off for 13 years). She told me she put only 4 creamers in it. And im like its way more than 4, because 4 is what i ask for which is less than what McDonald's requires for spec. They make it again. This location used to be one of my go to for a quick lunch. Today when I went in to grab some food, I was faced with waiting over 35 minutes. During that time I watched several people come in order their food get it and leave. After 35 minute's someone asked me if I had been helped. I told them I had been waiting for my food for way too long. They went in the back and appeared they couldn't locate my order anywhere. There was a scramble to figure out where it was.
