this lady with heart shaped glasses was very disrespectful. My mother told her we were missing 3 McFlurrys and 1 moca frappe and she gave them to us, while she was closing the window she whispered something very disrespectful to another employee. Customers giving them money shouldn’t be treated like that next time she should watch her mouth because I will stand up for my mother.
horrible customer service, food wasn’t great yet they wouldn’t give me any sauces they said they could only give me one and that never happens in any other mc donalds, horrible management, can’t even refill my own drink and place is a whole mess, super dirty and gross. NEVER GOING BACK.
Person at the window was abrupt and handed us to dripping smoothies that got sticky juice all over the inside of our vehicle and then gave us the wrong order.
Got in line with 3 cars in line, took 7 cars before I had my order taken. When I got to the drive thru ordering station, was told to wait, then they proceeded to have me sit in silence while four additional cars came, went through the now empty alternative drive thru station had their orders taken and processed. I asked why and was told another customer was escalated, but they served 4 cars that arrived after me, how could they be escalated when they weren’t present before I ordered??
This restaurant is the worst mcdonald's.I've ever been to. We were so excited because it was closer to the other locations that we lived by. But every time we go there, our food is always either missing something not cooked correctly. It takes forty five minutes to cook ten nuggets. I ordered breakfast 15 minutes before they closed. I did it to go through the drive through to pick it up and there was a line I ordered.
