I placed an order today and strongly asked that my food be “cook to order” because I wanted it hot. They make me park and give it to me. When I checked my fries, they were cold and felt like they had been filling for a long time. I approached him and told him and the only thing he told me was “all our food is fresh” very bad treatment! Leaves much to be desired
I attempted to use one of the McDonald’s app deals at the drive-through window. I was denied by the manager to use the deal because the QR code was not scanning in their system . Even though I redeemed it right in front of his face. It was not an app exclusive only deal. I was not able to use my code, even though that was the only reason I came
I waited 50 minutes for my order before I had to leave to catch a movie i didnt get a refund because nobody would come to the counter to talk to me. This is honestly ridiculous.
For fast food, this is not the location. Cars liked up like crazy waiting on food. I ordered egg sandwich no meat...guess what meat. Then brought us drinks no straws, back into store to get straws. No one wants to help you. Worst McDonald's
