Customer service here is consistently horrible. Today I sat at the outside drive through lane and watched three other orders go through the inner lane before I gave up and walked inside. I explained what happened and then watched several other orders completed before I got mine. The food was typically low quality as is the norm for McDonald's. The fries were luke warm and the burger was not made to order. I wish there were more choices near the university.
Bathrooms were closed... Had to enter the kitchen to find an employee and ask permission to wash my hands. I ordered table service, got no napkins and an empty cup - no napkins in the dispenser so I had to go back to the kitchen again. Served my own drink and it tasted like mildew. BQP bread was stale. Food splattered everywhere and all the garbage cans full from 8-10:30pm. Locals fighting and harassing guests - absolutely no front-house staff.
