How can an English muffin be burnt but cold at the same time? Mine was. How can I be first in line, pay for my food at the first window, get to the second window and told to go sit in Spot A? I did. You all where not that busy to tell anyone one to go park and wait for their food. How about I don't pay until I get my food!! How about at least tell me the wait time before I pay. My food was terrible. This morning crew dropped the ball so hard, I will never be back! Order #12617:14 AM.
Its a hit or miss on the service. Asked for extra salt and the guy just gave us attitude.
Fresh hot fries
I've been here twice and both times there is as a massive line at the drive through....AT 2AM IN THE MORNING ON A SUNDAY! And it takes a good 15 minutes per car to move things along.
Second time in a matter of two weeks and the restaurant messed up an app order. Missing burger and fries that we paid for.
