Visited there on 9/30/25 We just moved to Brunswick 2 months ago and this was our first visit to this particular McDonalds and it will be our last The woman taking the orders was extremely rude, I asked some of our neighbors about it and they confirmed that there is a woman named Joy that has worked there for years and treats customers like crap
If you can, drive the extra few min and go to the one in Freeport. Edit: orders consistently wrong. Edit 2: you know, it’s honestly my own fault for going back at this point. Orders are always wrong - literally every time they forget something in the order, and staff act like it’s my fault that they messed up the order. To top it off, I saw staff licking their fingers in the kitchen. Now I’m really never going back.
Generally not a fam of fast food but kudos to the team working there. Very friendly and genuine, and the place looked clean and well kept.
