We go here at least once a week for breakfast and every single time without fail it is a mess. There is usually a younger black girl who is at the window or occasionally taking orders, she is always rude and clearly does not want to be at work. On top of this the “hot” coffee we get is luke warm at best ice cold at worst. NONE of the employees in this location know how to make an ice coffee, every time we get one without fail it is either completely unmixed or almost all milk to the point it’s disgusting.
After waiting 30 minutes in drive thru was told they’d need to park me for 3 drinks and 6 cookies that don’t take 30 minutes to wait then worker wanted to get an attitude and try to chase me down with multiply other workers no wonder lines are around the building unacceptable
A week remaining on the Monopoly game yet no game pieces available, come on! When it was mentioned to manager at window she didn’t care, just said there’s none left and they just got truck yesterday. What a joke. No accountability.
Monopoly scam is back the app tells you what comes with a monopoly tag you order it and nothing comes with the tags other then the cup. Hashbrowns no tag chicken mcgriddle no tags. But they charge a little extra to play the game and don’t give it to you sad. Multi-million dollar organization still scamming.
