I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this McDonald’s. Our order was completely messed up, so we went back expecting it to be corrected, something that should be simple customer service. Instead, we were met with attitude and zero effort to fix the issue. COLE, in particular, was very rude and spoke to us with an unnecessarily sharp, dismissive tone. All I ordered was coffee and a BLT egg McMuffin but service was fast and friendly and the food was good.
