I was in tonight and witnessed two young teenage girls politely ask the cashier if she could break a $20 bill into two $10s. She immediately said no. I then stepped up and even offered to purchase something so the transaction could go through and they could get the change they needed. The response I received was rude and dismissive — “Is that all?” — with a clear attitude. It was disappointing to see such unnecessary hostility over a simple request. Morris the manager was amazing! Excellent service!
Very bad customer service
Took them a little longer to answer the intercom in the drive thru [only one other car was ahead of me] friendly and professional staff, food came out hot and fresh. Went around 2pm, so there wasn't much of a line.
