Zero customer service at this McDonald's. If you dont order from the Kiosk then plan on waiting at the counter and a long time. Employees will walk right by you and ignore you. The Hispanic manager is rude and has moral extremely low. Hes been rude to me the two times I came to this store. I won't be back. Ever!
The food, decent but the mental misshapen when I order my food on the app, they have claimed a couple of times it was at another location and was about to walk into the back as if that was the end; Another coworker or Manager will then come out and hand me the order. Weird.
Ice cream machine is always working! Fast service!
Stopped by this McDonald’s during a busy lunch rush, and wow — I have to give a shoutout to one of the workers who absolutely made my day. I didn’t catch her name, but she was an Asian woman with dyed hair (a pinkish purple I think?) and she was working the front counter like a total pro. You could tell she was seriously stressed — orders flying in, people crowding around, but she never once let it show in how she treated customers.
