BEST McDonalds experience we have had in AVERY LONG TIME!!! I has sworn OFF McDonalds because of Robertsdale and Foley stores but my grandsons BEGGED for it after playing at Urban Air. Super Nice, helpful employees, very clean and food wasFresh!!! It restored my faith in McDonalds.
This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Even when there’s no line, the wait is ridiculously long and it’s probably because no one wants to come here. The fries are never fresh, the staff are consistently rude, and I’ve honestly never received anything here that I actually wanted to finish. Even the Cokes taste off. I keep hoping it’ll improve, but it never does. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere
I regularly eat here and I use the curbside pickup with the app. I don't mind usually waiting in my vehicle while the food comes out. I would say the normal time is 10-20 minutes. Today, we broke that record and I finally went inside around 30 minutes!! To stand there while I watched two employees shuffle past me and within two minutes shuffle past me again into the kitchen... going to the restroom together IDK. Website and door says dining room opens at 5am, drive thru at 6am! Been here since 4:40am and they told me they aren’t opening till 5:20am… Guess that’s to be expected when a bunch of kids run the place!
