We come to this location often and it’s usually not a great experience but I don’t expect much from this place anyway. Well today we dined in and when we received our food, my sandwich was made with 2 bottom buns and the fries were cold (per usual). Fine, whatever. I don’t complain to them because I don’t want my food spat in. It’s a shame that’s the vibe these employees give. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I've lived in New England, Florida, and here in Southern Alabama, this is the absolute worst McDonald's! Due to how insanely lazy the workers are!! They need to do a much better job hiring!! About 30% of the time my order is correct, and about 80% of the time the fries are under cooked and stale at the same time, and the burger buns are so stale that they're hard!... This place needs to have all new workers or MUCH better management and oversight!!
