If I could 0 stars I would. Employees walk by and ignore dine in customers to take care of drive thru and never come back to acknowledge dine in. Waited 25 minutes for our food. Then when I ask for a refund, my cold food magically appears. Manager was rude. I think the owners should re evaluate their business plan at this store.
The workers are Disrespectful and take too long with my food….
We used the app and order almost 90 dollars worth of food. Let me tell you that every single item was not only in the bag warm but correct! I placed the order and waited 15 minutes. When I pulled up and checked in, my food was at my window in less than 2 minutes. This McDonald's really has it going on!!!
Zero communication, didn't get what I asked for and waited over 30min and they were not busy at all. 2 customers ahead of me and all together 6 customers in the dining area.
