After 4+hours driving up to lake Tahoe, I can eat a bear. And we found this McDonald's next to Hilton where we were going to stay. We ordered a fish fillet (why didn't McDonald's call it McFish?) and a Big Mac with bacon meal. A hot French fries in McDonald's are always good.
