Brenda was my awesome server
This was by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The drive-thru line was backed up all the way down the street, and no one was answering the speaker for an unreasonable amount of time. The service was incredibly slow, and there was little to no communication about what was causing the delay. By the time I finally got to the window, I had completely lost confidence in the experience.
