Food wasn't hot, especially the fries; tasted like they had been reheated. Burger wasn't cooked fresh, as advertised. Temperature was warm, at best, like it had been in a warmer. Employees couldn't stop with their personal conversations to tend to the customers. Wait times were atrocious. Workers either need to be re-trained, or get serious about their craft.
