I guess customer service has changed a lot with the new generation, since I worked fast food almost 20 years ago. Long story short, they got the order wrong more specifically two burgers were incorrect. When I called, spoke with a manager named Claire, she offered to replace the two burgers. But nothing else and a bare minimal sorry at the end. Nothing extra for me to do a 25-minute round trip with a pickup truck with gas prices these days.
