The self order machines always have an issue here. The other day it was an inop card reader, so I had to wait in line just to pay at the counter. And this time it was a faulty printer, it only printed out the right half of the receipt. Other than that, food was great as well as the service.
This location apparently sells quarter pounder burgers made with wagyu or something because this location specifically sells the McDonald land meals for $5 more than all other nearby locations. $18? For a McDonald’s meal? Crazy.
When I placed my order I chose a previously ordered order and it changed the location that I was at to the previous location from the previous order. Therefore, my order was sent to the wrong location (30 min away). I did not notice the location had reverted until I checked in at the McDonalds I was at and they told me. This location closes early almost every night. Tonight, 10:25 and they are closed. I hope the franchisee finds out. If you are going to close at 10, at least change your hours on Google maps. Lazy management or they are just clueless as to what is going on. The closing early is not the first time and I am sure it won't be the last. I am headed down the street to the new In and Out that just opened. I dont like it as much as McDonalds, but at least they are open and not trying to cut corners. A real shame. Disappointing quality, even by McDonald’s standards. Sandwiches were carelessly thrown together—smashed, messy, and with toppings scattered in the wrapper instead of on the bun. It’s no surprise this place has no line while every other location is packed.
