Management is lazy. Poor girl needed help at register and Maria was just on her phone is the food court not paying attention. If you're looking for the worst service this is the spot.
Incredibly slow service and generally unfriendly staff.
This McDonald’s location was very disappointing. The staff were not welcoming, and the sundae was not filled as expected. McDonald’s is known for its friendly service and ‘smile’ culture, but this experience did not reflect that standard. Please provide additional training to the staff to improve service quality.
