Their service is good food alright (it's McDonald's)can't expect anything elegant right but you could expect them to do quality control on every aspect of their store drive through voice boxes included. Not to be a dick but at least twice a month have an employee run through it as a test to see how com's are working com's are vital to all operations remember that

I always forget how much I hate ordering here I thought with the app it would make things easier. It doesn’t. Not here anyway. From the time I join the line to pick up my order and get my food, it’s about 30 minutes. It doesn’t matter what day or what time it is. It’s going to be 30 minutes.
