5 - 6am crew needs to learn how to follow directions. Order was messed up.
Very, very bad experience! Drive through was busy so I went inside. I only wanted 2 items; med coffee & med ice coffee. I stood there for close to 5 min & with the staff knowing I was there. I finally loudly said, "excuse me, can someone help me?" This guy FINALLY helped me but wasn't friendly...😏 I gave him my order & after waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes, I looked @ my receipt & he had put iced tea instead.🙄 I waited another 5 minutes & my very small order was NOT ready still!! Everyone is always in a good mood - food is right most of the time. Frappes are never mixed correctly, have ice chunks, and this one wasn’t full and all syrup at the bottom.
