I stopped going to this location because they always got the order wrong. Even when using the mobile app. Today's order was simple large French vanilla ice coffee with extra shot of cream and syrup plus a sausage burrito. Bear in mind this location charges for the extra shots. I get my order and the iced coffee is just coffee and cream. The burrito was cold with a stiff tortilla. I've complained to the management and ownership in the past but it's just not worth it. I'll resume avoiding this location.
I can only speak from personal experience, but I’ve liked this location for a while. I come here to draw constantly and the employees here have been rather nice. I honestly hate the way most McDonald’s looks now a days and I don’t like the idea of the kiosks replacing the cashiers most of the time. My mobile order took more than 20 minutes. I was at curbside spot for 20 minutes before finally walking into the store to pick up my food. There was absolutely no apology either.
