terrible service point blank. i asked for a chocolate shake not vanilla with a bit of syrup
I have only been thru the drive thru but my order has been correct each time. The order taker is a little robotic and should let the customer finish what they are saying before she asks the next question. Now when I ask "is there ketchup in the bag?" , don't say "I don't know". Your job IS to know. Other than that, y'all are alright. ***update*** higher more people so others don't have to sit in line for over 20 minutes. Done with this place all together.
SOOOOO INCOMPETENT. Every single time I've been there I have to go back because they've messed something up. My friend's daughter got a cheeseburger WITH NO MEAT ON IT. They desperately need to train better on customer service and actually CHECKING the order. Ridiculous.
What part of " I want two of those tiny big macs" don't you under? If your gonna ask me what kind of sauce I want with my mcnuggets, could you please put them in the bag. Rant over
