This is some straight bullshit!!! Multi billion dollar company and you shut down the milkshake machine at 7:30 PM!!!!!!! I can understand an hour or 30 minutes before closing But 7:30 PM???!!!!!!! I wonder if corporate knows you’re shutting the machine down so early?!
This location used to be great and I never had issues here, but over the last few months it seems like things have taken a dramatic turn in the wrong direction. Now it's long lines, long waits, stale food, missing items and NO APOLOGIES for it either. Was missing fries from my order and didn't even get a simple apology. I don't need the refund or free stuff, I just don't appreciate the lack of professionalism. Even when I called the person simply answered, "hello?" Like it was a personal phone.
