TLDR: Evening team repeatedly forgets my extra patties, defeating the purpose of convenient service. I am extremely disappointed with this location. In my last three visits, they have forgotten to add the extra patties I paid for twice. Both times this happened, it was around 4:00 PM, which points to a serious lack of attention to detail during this specific shift. The entire point of the drive-thru is convenience. Ordered ahead of time only to wait 45 minutes for my order. When I went inside, there were lots of people waiting around, but the counter was empty. Not sure if they were understaffed or just poorly managed, but I highly recommended going to a different location.
