Why is half my burger missing???
yup who doesn't like a mc cone?? or flurry even on a cold day...🍦🍦🍦
This location is consistently disappointing. They have you pull forward to beat their drive thru clock when there are typically already 4 cars piled waiting as well. There is usually something wrong with the order and I normally just blow it off as them being busy. Today though, there is no excuse. we ordered 2 Sausage Mcmuffins, drove away, and unwrapped to find both sandwiches having NO sausage party on them. Let down!
Marysville McDonald's was quite clean and an employee was out there wiping down empty tables (and chairs!!! you never see that) every half hour. The staff was efficient and friendly and service was fast. And I appreciated the air conditioning in the children's play area! I can get fast food any where, but I prefer a place I feel comfortable in and that's clean. Kudos to Marysville s team.
Some food is cooked to long and drive threw is very slow at times. There apple pie used to be 89cents and last week it was $1.29. Wont be paying that price again. Drinks are cold and good and cup is always wiped clean when they serve it. Friendly people but seems to have a big turn over. My biggest complaint is there digital deals really suck anymore. slowest McDonald's ever!!
Can't seem to get orders correct, and my quarter pounder with cheese was raw. They did refund my order, but took no action to make sure I felt like it wouldn't happen again. Please check your burgers!!! PS The lobby smells of piss, and I almost stepped in strawberry vomit walking in for my refund today.
Horrible customer service messed up my order not once, not twice, but 3 times and I was given an attitude each time I asked for it to be fixed. I noticed their were several people waiting for their orders or coming up to complain of their order being wrong and was given the same attitude. waited literally 20 mins each time for my order to get fixed and was given a burger that wasnt even put together or had any condiments on it. fries were cold and they charged for extra cheese that I didn't even ask for. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! trash everywhere. Was we’re spills that just had a cone thrown on top of them I was there for an hour, when I left still there. I wouldn’t let my daughter use the bathroom it was so gross. Extremely loud employees. One was talking about his balls in the shower. Mind you I was standing in the entrance of the play area. It’s horrendous I highly recommend finding a different place to eat
