Half full french fry bag and no ice in the drink
Yesterday night, I placed a small mobile order at 10:53 pm and arrived at 10:55 pm. After the order for the car in front of me was taken, they closed the drive thru, and without even notifying me, I was left to sit in my car for a whole minute to realize for myself what happened. At 10:57, I drove up to the second window to show the worker my order. I was told that they were not taking any more orders and that I should expect a refund in 1-7 days.
