I ordered a pickup, but they forgot some food. I don’t feel like wasting time and gas for something that should’ve been included in my order. They weren’t even busy; it’s just plain old laziness. Not only that they did not mark what drink was what.
Wait was too long for my food, floors are sticky and dirty. No ice for drinks in lobby area. Looked to me that drive thru customers and food delivery drivers were more important than your regular dining in customers.
Stood at the front waiting to be served, five employees walked by ignoring us. Called out to two of them they still ignored us. I stepped behind the counter to ask if anyone was going to take our order and was ignored by all but one guy who said I had to go back out front. I told him I would when someone came out to help us. He told me in a louder voice to get out front. An older woman said she would help us. Totally ignoring the existence of your customers is unacceptable but it seems to bee the culture here
It was late night but drunk kids were allowed to pass people ordering at the speaker (unsafely, speeding) and go rte to the window in the drive thru. then caused a huge wait. Staff did nothing about it!!!
