I did a mobile order. watched 10 cars order and get their food before I called, was told they don't have my order... then, magically, she said she found it. wtf? **update - this is the response I received.....
Change policies and be customer service oriented
Can't even make their coffee right I'm very dissatisfied
had to pull ahead and wait in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes because we were waiting on pancakes. then thought we would try the new donut sticks and they forgot to put the cinnamon and sugar on them which made them disgusting.
Night time is the worst! System is always down around 10:30pm and the customer service is the worst! Treat their customers like crap and never get fresh food, always cold! I wouldn't suggest that place to anyone! Better off going to Wendy's, KFC or Dairy Queen!
I got a burger tonight and the meat was so hard I couldn't eat it...and it was cold! I am very disappointed! :'(
