Terrible experience. Daniel and Annalise were no help after a botched inspection and more damage to our vehicle.
went in for hvac problems supposed to be covered under warranty, they then proceeded to do no real diagnosis and charged me $260 to tell me my cabin air filter is dirty. i left and changed the cabin air filter and still two weeks and still having hvac problems. tried communicating with them and still have no answer.
Bought an Atlas CrossSport prior to tariffs. Overall decent experience except the lies about fixing the large scratch (negotiated prior to leaving the lot and we have text messages showing they would fix it) on the outside front right bumper and the also large hack out of the plastic on the right side passenger inside portion of the door. Wrote the manager (name escapes me) who basically accused me of being rude for calling them liars and the parts were ordered, yada yada yada.
